By clicking purchase you are agreeing to the timeline in the item description. You are also agreeing to purchase the item. WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS or Issue refunds.
Once you have entered payment on an item you are committing to the purchase. We will ship out the item. If at that time you decide you no longer want the item and if it is returnable and falls in our return policy you may ship the item back. See below for full return policy.
- We are Not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your address.
- Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
- You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipment when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
- If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by any mail carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier resolve any lost or stolen items.
RETURN POLICY:
Online/ In Person orders and purchases can be returned for a STORE CREDIT within SEVEN days of receiving/purchasing your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Returned items must include all original tags.

Jewelry
Accessories
also on Items labeled as ALL SALES FINAL
or any sale items over 30% off
If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for the package once it has been dropped off with the mail carrier.
Please reach out to your local carrier for any assistance once the package has been marked “shipped”.
Please allow us up to 48-72 hours to issue a store credit once we have received your items.

If an item/s is returned to us and includes non returnable items we will deduct the shipping cost from your return to cover shipping the item/s back to the customer.
Holiday Return Policy:
Christmas items (gifts) that are not final sale will be able to be returned no later that Jan 9th with an invoice or copy of the text receipt. These are only for orders after November 4th. Not prior.
Please don’t take advantage of this for personal items. Only for gifts, we will confirm during the time of the return. Items must be not worn, tags attached and must have no smell of cigarettes or perfume. We will have a limit of only 4 items returned in one month during the month of January per person (gift).
If that is exceeded we can look into an exception
Returns will be for store credit in the amount the item is priced at the time of the return.
I completely understand some gifts just don’t work out that is why we will extend this during the holiday season on non sale items.
